This is a plastic container and a cart for transporting heavy items (aircraft engine parts) from the manufacturing factory to the subcontractor. Previously, wooden boxes were used, which often resulted in damage, leading to a request for improvement. - Simplification of packaging work and reduction of time - Cost reduction for packaging materials - Increased efficiency through reduced packaging size Based on these customer requests, we designed and manufactured the product. After switching from wood, it is now made of steel and plastic board, and the plastic board case includes foam cushioning material. It is equipped with casters, allowing for stacking of carts. Compared to before, work efficiency has significantly improved. Additionally, there is a type of cart with side panels that open and close with hinges. This is ideal for transporting heavy and precision products.
